There is nothing that you are experiencing that God is not aware of. He cares about each breath you take. Each tear you cry. And even the ones you won't let fall. He cares about you, every part of who you are. So, take your time and let God minister to your heart. Let God love you.
Even now, we speak peace to your thoughts, peace to your heart, peace to your mind. Peace, like a river, let it flow. Peace, like a warm blanket, let it hold you and help you feel safe. Release the tension. Release the to-do list. Let Him have a moment with you. Just you and God.
